雜環(huán)化合物是有機(jī)化合物中數(shù)量最龐大的一個(gè)類別，約占總數(shù)的三分之二以上，是多種化學(xué)類藥物的合成砌塊，除此雜環(huán)化合物之外還應(yīng)用于納米材料、超導(dǎo)材料、農(nóng)用化學(xué)品等的合成。而1, 3-二酮類化合物作為雜環(huán)化合物一類重要的合成子, 它的α位活潑亞甲基可通過手性催化劑、金屬催化劑或廉價(jià)易得的堿，催化形成新的碳-碳鍵、碳-雜鍵等，從而高效合成一系列雜環(huán)化合物。例如：1,3-二酮化合物經(jīng)過一系列串聯(lián)反應(yīng)，合成吡唑羧酸類雜環(huán)化合物[1]，這類分子具有KEAP1抑制活性，可以破壞NRF2和KEAP1蛋白之間相互作用，治療慢性氧化應(yīng)激疾病。
